| A Service Delivery Stream Manager must cater to events that may occur during the delivery life cycle of a Service Engagement. Events may simply occur naturally (i.e. Incident Occurs), or they may be planned to occur at a certain point in time (i.e. Release is planned). An event always requires the Service Delivery Stream Manager to act, which will be achieved by initiating an activity or a subset of activities from those defined for the event. The events described in the method show all activities that may need to be completed should the event occur. |
